I find there is such a mystical, magical quality to the culture of India. Such a juxtaposition of riches and poverty, exuberance and isolation. The India Song series of photographer Karen Knorr explores the roles of power in Indian society and I find them both visually stunning and intellectually striking. September 4, 2012 at 1:21 PMInteresting set. I have once come across a photographer who brought zebra from somewhere in Africa to snow covered mountain on another continent just to photograph it. The photo looked great.

September 4, 2012 at 1:56 PMI just ripped some pages out of the current BHG (don’t get me wrong, I am not a decorator by any stretch of the imagination) that featured “Passage to India” color design ideas. I love the richness of the colors and “maximalist” styling.

September 4, 2012 at 5:07 PMI am always drawn to the colors of India. Perhaps in small doses, though. But I do love looking at their over-the-top intricacies of design!

September 5, 2012 at 7:49 AMIt feels so good to see that the colors of India interest you much. It is a nation that celebrates life with vibrant colors as we, the Indians think they make life happy and enchanting. I hope u surely would have known about “HOLI” and many of you would have seen it in ESCON MATHURA. India really has huge things 2 make you all amazed and happy, other things apart!
